Real estate website
There are very expensive software being sold for developing real-estate websites on the Internet. Despite the cost, entrepreneurs/agents/investors/brokers find it difficult to set it up on time. Here is a cool website, I and my team did it fairly quickly using Drupal and the client enjoyed it.
You can search for properties using a variety of conditions such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms, price, district/location and so on.
